Best coffee and breakfast I’ve had in the year I’ve been in Guatemala. And the owners are lovely people. The ambiance is in the cafe is very cool but you can also grab a table out in the gardens. It’s family-friendly as well. If I lived closer, this would be a regular spot for my family. I can’t recommend it enough.

The food was good, but the coffee not so good! We ordered motuleños eggs and a Guatemalan, with orange juice and a cup of coffee. Although the place has coffee in its name, the coffee we tasted lacked body, nothing special. Maybe with the different methods, it could be better. The Guatemalan was good, the best part being the cheese omelette (you can have another type). The motuleños had too much fat, which made the tortilla soft and very difficult to eat. The best part of that breakfast was supposed to be the smoked chorizo, but it had so little that you couldn’t taste it. It’s not bad for the price, but it could definitely improve it.

Had some excellent food and the coffee was 10/10! There was a tour that was so informative and taught us so much about coffee, how it's produced, and the mission they're going for. You should go here!

Talk to me about the ideal coffee place. As I was hiking around the area, my friends and I end up at this beautiful place and let me tell you about it. The ambience is refreshing with few outdoor tables and a great view. The coffee (their espresso mix especially) is by far the best I’ve tasted in Guatemala. The food was well executed, each element of my dish was beyond delicious. Their mission is to give back to the community, support women who farm and produce coffee and above all, they roast their coffee here and ship it to your house in the States for a competitive price.

This place is a true gem! Perfect coffee, great food, and best of all the the location is absolutely incredible. You have to try it for yourself. The owner was kind and hospitable and you can tell investing in the women of Guatemala and coffee in general is very important to her.

Chica Bean is a great coffee shop with an incredible mission and REALLY good coffee. I've never been disappointed by anything on their menu but the Rosemary Lattes are my go-to. I recommend getting the full coffee tour and learning about their history, vision and the coffee making process. Just good coffee made by good people.
